• Onboard, support and grow the capability of individuals within the Chapter

• Provide people leadership and management, supporting the career pathway and progression to graduate engineers

• Work with the Talent Acquisition to attract talent and fulfil capability requirements in Squads

• Collaborate across Chapter instances to create a culture of sharing and learning

• Support execution of capability building events

• Collaborate with Chapter Area Leads to set the strategy for the Chapter

• Leverage metrics to inform continuous improvement opportunities that increase the effectiveness of the Chapter

• Implement, evolve and support consistent ways of working across the Chapter instance and CBA business that align to industry standards

• Facilitate the constructive resolution of conflicts that may arise both internally and externally to the Chapter

• Review quality of work, including conducting Code Reviews for members of the Chapter

• Maintain technical experience commensurate with the Chapter

• Platform Services –PaaS Services, Infrastructure as a service, Sever less Application, NoSQL DB,
